I’m a senior public policy and governance leader with over 15 years of experience driving transformative change across Aotearoa’s public, commercial, and philanthropic sectors. I’ve advised Ministers and senior officials across multiple governments, shaping national policy across the health, justice, and economic sectors at the highest levels.My leadership extends to global consulting firms and international NGOs, where I’ve championed initiatives that align economic growth with social, cultural, and community impact. Today, I lead health policy strategy for a global biotechnology leader, while serving as Chair of the Te Papa Foundation and governing a portfolio of high-impact philanthropic and creative sector organisations.He Kahungunu rā hoki; forged by Tāmaki Nui-a-Rua. Based in Wellington, I’m focused on building systems that deliver ambition, equity, and lasting impact—across Aotearoa and beyond.
My work
Across all my roles, I focus on building systems that deliver impact—locally, nationally, and globally.I currently serve as Chair of the Te Papa Foundation, the philanthropic partner for New Zealand’s national museum. I’m also a Director of the HIDDEN Experience Group and a Trustee of the Shakespeare Globe Centre New Zealand.Internationally, I’ve represented New Zealand on Commonwealth and World Economic Forum initiatives, and held roles supporting royal patronage in the leadership development sector.These experiences have deepened my commitment to service, impact, and building cross-cultural partnerships that endure.
